It doesn’t refer to any specific person, place or thing.

For Examples:

Someone is at the door.

Nobody knows about it.

No one hates him.

Everyone has come.

Each brother of mine is intelligent.

Every friend of yours was naughty.

Anything is achievable.

Nothing is there.

Nothing was given to me.

Either is my enemy.

Neither has money.

Something is on the table.

Someone Somebody Anyone Anybody No one Nobody One Everyone Everybody Something Anything Each Every Nothing Everything Either Neither Another etc.

All these are used as third person singular.

Third Person Plural are given below as an Indefinite Pronoun.

Both, A few, Others, Many, Several etc.

Both are my friends.

A few have pens while others don’t even have a pencil.

Many have come back home.

Several Companies have decided to arrange the party.

Third Person Singular and Plural are used as an Indefinite Pronoun.

Some, More, None, Any, All

All is well.

These All are my friends.

More is/are coming.

None is/ are sitting there.
